A new fiscal year is just around the corner and with that brings two, incredibly tight deadlines for the month of August as it pertains to the ProCard. Our team wants to provide all parties involved in the ProCard process with as much information as possible in an effort to help make sure everyone is successful in closing out the current fiscal year.
There are two cycle periods as well as two institutional approval deadlines during the month of August.
Please keep in mind that some college,schools, and units (CSUs) on campus may have their own internal deadlines that will need to be adhered to as well. Please be sure to reach out to your department for that information.

For future reference, you may view all current and upcoming ProCard cycle dates here. Transactions posted after 08/14/2020 will be reflected in FY20/21.
As a reminder, it is always very important to review all ProCard documentation carefully before it is routed forward. In an effort to remain compliant, we encourage all parties involved within the ProCard process to familiarize themselves with the information included within Section 7.8 of the Handbook of Business Procedures and on our website.
