The Procurement and Payment Services team has once again committed to participation in the annual "Doing Business Texas Style” Spot Bid Fair & Virtual Expo. The Spot Bid Fair provides an excellent opportunity to demonstrate the university’s commitment to increasing purchases from, and contract awards to, Historically Underutilized Businesses.
The Spot Bid Fair will be held May 24-26, 2021. The HUB/SB Program Office is soliciting upcoming purchasing needs from colleges, schools, and units (CSUs) to be awarded at this event. The deadline to submit your bids is May 17th, 2021.
The HUB Office has created an online form to collect your bid information. Bids should be one-time purchases and should not exceed university delegated purchasing authority for commodities ($50,000) or services ($100,000).

While the Spot Bid fair occurs once a year, HUB office staff are here to help you locate HUB vendors for your sourcing needs. Please keep the HUB office in mind as a resource throughout the year.
