The Council of University Business Officers
The Council of University Business Officers (CUBO) is the primary governing body for the program. Members of CUBO help shape the strategic and operational directions for The University of Texas at Austin. It is charged with decision making, leadership, and building consensus for campus business operations.

The Advisory Committee is charged with monitoring the implementation and recommendations proposed by the ProCard Policy and Process Team in their May 2019 Final Report.
